Flat rate service
For homes up to 2500 square feet we offer flats rates for easy pricing. For larger homes, view our hourly rate information lower on this page.
Here is what's included with our flat rate cleaning:
- Kitchen: Surfaces, backsplash, cupboard doors, sink, stove top, fridge exterior, microwave inside & out, floor, garbage.
- Bathroom: All surfaces, sink, toilet, bath/shower, tiles, floor, garbage.
- Living spaces: Tidy couches/chairs, cushions, throws, wipe tables, floors, rugs, ceiling fans, garbages.
- Bedrooms: Floor, make bed, garbage.
- Garbage removed to designated area.
- (Extra services available too, just let us know what you need. Examples below.)
The first prices are for one-time cleanings. If you choose regular, recurring cleanings, the prices are the lower amount. (At least once per month).
*For regular, recurring cleanings, every 12th clean is free! (Monthly cleanings = 1 free clean per year. Bi-weekly cleanings = 1 free clean every 6 months!)

*If your home requires much more attention than the average clean, you may be required to pay the hourly rate. If you think this may be the case, please contact us ahead of time. Otherwise the cleaner will advise upon their arrival if it will be an hourly charge.

Hourly Rates
If your cleaning requires hourly service, we have a base price which includes the first 2 hours. Our hourly rates are as follows.
Whether we send one cleaner or a team, will be up to our discretion based on scheduling and needs. Don't worry, the prices are reflected, so the amount of cleaners that come does not increase your price.
Base Rate (1 Cleaner: includes the first 2 hours)
