Flat rate service
Here is what's included with our flat rate cleaning:
- Kitchen: Surfaces, backsplash, cupboard doors, sink, stove top, fridge exterior, microwave inside & out, floor, garbage.
- Bathroom: All surfaces, sink, toilet, bath/shower, tiles, floor, garbage.
- Living spaces: Tidy couches/chairs, cushions, throws, wipe tables, floors, rugs, ceiling fans, garbages.
- Bedrooms: Floor, make bed, garbage.
- Garbage removed to designated area.
Kitchen & one bathroom only ....$89
1 bedroom condo/apartment ....$119
2 bedroom condo/apartment ...$139 (if you are a single occupant and the second bedroom isn't used, we will only charge you the 1 bedroom rate.)
Up to 3 bedroom home (up to 1500 square feet) ....$159
1500-2000 square foot home ....$179
Homes over 2000 square feet will be charged at a rate with 2 cleaners. Base price of $139 which includes the first 2 hours (with 2 cleaners). And $32 for each additional half hour.
*If your home requires much more attention than the average clean, you may be required to pay the hourly rate. If you think this may be the case, please contact us ahead of time. Otherwise the cleaner will advise upon their arrival if it will be an hourly charge.

Hourly Rate
If you prefer to pay by the hour, you can! All above services are available when paying hourly.
Base rate is $75 and that includes the first 1.5 hours. $22 per additional half hour. (Based on 1 cleaner)
