Max 1500 square foot home
Here is what's included with our flat rate cleaning:
- Kitchen: Surfaces, backsplash, cupboard doors, sink, stove top, fridge exterior, microwave inside & out, floor, garbage.
- Bathroom: All surfaces, sink, toilet, bath/shower, tiles, floor, garbage.
- Living spaces: Tidy couches/chairs, cushions, throws, wipe tables, floors, rugs, ceiling fans, garbages.
- Bedrooms: Floor, make bed, garbage.
- Garbage removed to designated area.
1 bedroom condo/apartment ....$119
2 bedroom condo/apartment ...$139 (if you are a single occupant and the second bedroom isn't used, we will only charge you the 1 bedroom rate.)
Up to 3 bedroom home (up to 1500 square feet) ....$159
Homes over 1500 square feet will be charged at the hourly rate with 2 cleaners. Base price of $139 which includes the first 2 hours (with 2 cleaners). And $32 for each additional half hour.
*If your home requires much more attention than the average clean, you may be required to pay the hourly rate. If you think this may be the case, please contact us ahead of time. Otherwise the cleaner will advise upon their arrival if it will be an hourly charge.

Move in/out Cleaning:
Cleaning a vacant unit for a move-in or move-out situation does take extra time, given that all areas of floors, baseboards and walls are now visible and aren't cleaned as often. These cleanings are charged by the hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. You have choices! We can clean for as long as it takes to make it spic n' span! Or you can pre-set a cut off time with preferred areas to focus on. We will make as absolutely clean as possible in the time frame that you give us. (Minimum 3 hours... the price will depend on whether we send 1 cleaner or 2) Email us with any questions, or write us via the Message field below.

Loyalty Points!
As a Suds customer, you automatically acquire loyalty points with every dollar spent, even on cleaning services. However loyalty points can only be redeemed for laundry or dry cleaning orders.
