Laundry Service
General laundry includes clothing, linens, towels, and similar everyday items. Oversized or specialty items (such as comforters, duvets, pillows, pet beds, etc.) are subject to flat-rate pricing. Please refer to our Pricing page for current rates. If you are unsure how an item will be classified, we recommend contacting us in advance. *Bulky items are not charged as extras with our Weekly Subscription plans.
For the safety of our equipment, please do not include shoes, belts, or G-strings in your laundry. For the safety of staff members, please ensure that your laundry does not contain any of the following: sharp items, biohazard contamination, construction debris or any other items not realistically deemed safe. All items are processed at the customer’s own risk.
Please do not overfill bags. Use multiple bags if needed. A single bag should not exceed 50lbs. (That would be a very large and overfilled bag)
Unless the “Sort & Prep” add-on is selected, all laundry is washed together regardless of colour or fabric type. While modern fabrics and dyes are generally colourfast (safely washed together), separation is based on customer preference. You may include specific instructions; however, we are unable to review individual care labels or research garment care requirements.
If you prefer items to be washed separately, please bag and label them clearly. A minimum charge of 6 lbs applies to each individual small loads.
Items requiring dry cleaning must be clearly identified and selected under the “Dry Cleaning” service option.
Pickup and delivery are complimentary; however, there is a minimum order charge of $35.
Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning items must be selected accordingly when placing your order.
For deliveries, if no one is present, items will not be left unattended unless prior authorization and clear instructions have been provided. Upon request, deliveries may be made to a workplace within our service area.
Pickup and delivery are complimentary; however, there is a minimum order charge of $35.
Laundry Bags & Containers
Customers may use disposable bags (e.g., garbage bags) or reusable laundry bags for pickup. Reusable laundry bags are available for purchase.
Please do not send hampers or baskets. Approved reusable laundry bags will be cleaned and returned. Bags such as grocery tote bags will not be returned and will be disposed of.
All completed laundry orders are returned in new disposable plastic bags.
Pickup & Delivery Guidelines
Laundry must be ready for pickup by 8:00 AM on the scheduled service day.
Laundry may be left in a designated location. If the location isn't clearly noticeable for the driver, please leave us a note with any instructions. Clean items will be returned to the same location unless otherwise instructed.
For apartment buildings, customers must provide access (e.g., buzzer code or remote entry) for door-to-door service.
Subscription Plans
Subscription bags are intended for typical household laundry items and volume. Bags and laundry guidelines laid out in the rest of these terms and conditions still apply to Subscription plan bags.
Weekly laundry subscription plan prices are based on a recurring reserved service schedule and not on individual usage volume or pickup frequency. If a scheduled pickup is missed, skipped, or laundry is not made available at the time that the driver arrives (between 8:00am-3:00pm), the pickup will still be considered that week's regular scheduled service. The regular subscription rate will continue to apply for that billing period. Unused pickups do not roll over or accumulate for future use.
Customers may request temporary pauses or schedule changes with advance notice, subject to availability.
Missed Pickup / No-Show Policy
If no laundry is available at the time of pickup and there is no response, or if a scheduled service is missed without notice, a $10 no-show fee may apply.
Drivers will attempt to contact you and wait briefly; however, they must continue their route, and same-day return is not guaranteed. This policy also applies to failed delivery attempts.
Delivery Policy
For customer convenience, orders may be left at the door if:
If items cannot be safely left and no one is available to receive them, redelivery the same day is not guaranteed.
Sanitation Policy (Feces)
Items with minor staining will be accepted; however, items containing solid fecal matter (human or animal) will not be processed.
If such contamination is discovered at any stage, processing will stop immediately. Items will be returned in their current condition (which may be wet), and a $25 handling fee will apply.
Bed Bug Policy
We take contamination control seriously. If there is any risk of bed bugs, please notify us in advance.
A heat treatment will be applied when necessary to eliminate pests. If bed bugs are discovered without prior notice, treatment will still be applied and charged accordingly.
Heat treatment is billed at an additional $0.95 per pound, with no exceptions.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made prior to 8:00 AM on the scheduled service day.
There is no cancellation fee for timely notice; however, failure to cancel before this time may result in a $10 no-show fee.
Abandoned Laundry
Unpaid orders not collected within 30 days, and without customer communication, will be donated to charity.
Paid orders not collected within 60 days, and without customer communication, will also be donated.
